GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is an internationally renowned, highly prolific contemporary dance company based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The company hosts an internationally diverse group of 37 dancers and collaborates with the most influential artists and choreographers of our time.

GöteborgsOperans Danskompani tours worldwide.

Previous and current choreographers include Alexander Ekman, Sharon Eyal, Bobbi Jene Smith, Hofesh Shechter, Yoann Bourgeois, Emma Portner, Maxine Doyle, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Damien Jalet, Crystal Pite, Alan Lucien Øyen, Johan Inger, Ohad Naharin, Marina Mascarell, Jo Strømgren, Christine Gouzelis/Paul Blackman, Imre and Marne van Opstal & Tom Weinberger.

GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is seeking highly skilled dance artists with refined artistry who can contribute to the creative processes within the company’s diverse and dynamic repertory.

We require experience in improvisation and place a high value on team players who are invested in a positive and supportive work environment.

A requirement of minimum 3 years of professional dance experience is necessary.

The audition will be held 8–9 February 2025 at at GöteborgsOperan. How to get here
