The Göteborg Opera Restaurant department includes a kitchen, à la carte restaurant, cafe, wardrobes, the Opera bar and a staff cafeteria. We also coordinate special events and functions. In summer we open our popular outdoor bistro, the Summer Veranda (Sommarverandan). You can also eat here with a clean conscience – our environmental philosophy permeates everything we produce, and has been certified by the Nordic Ecolabel ”Svanen”, the swan.
