Restaurant
Our restaurant is at the far end of the foyer, with a view of the Göta River. You can enjoy delicious food and drink together with your group, either as a lunch guest or prior to a performance. Choose the chef’s recommended three-course menu or make your own choices from our à la carte menu. If you wish, we can serve the starter and main course before the show and dessert during the interval.
Restaurant menus:
À la carte, served before operas and musicals on the Main Stage.
Bistro menu, served before dance performances and concerts on the Main Stage.
Lunch at the Opera, served weekdays 11:30–14:00.
Opera Bar
The Opera Bar serves light dishes and drinks before the performance or during intermission. It is located two floors up, right above the main entrance.
The Opera Bar opens 2 hours before the performance. It is fully reserved during premieres, and closed for matinée (afternoon) performances.
The Opera Bar menu is served in the Opera Bar prior to operas, musicals and concerts on the Main Stage.
Cocktail bar
The cocktail bar is at the far end of the foyer.
Cafés
Our main café, which also serves beer and wine, is located on the ground floor. There are smaller cafés on each floor, where you can buy light refreshments and performance programmes.
The cafés are only open for performances on the Main Stage, and opens 1 h 15 mins before the performance begins.
