Become an Arts Hero to contribute to bringing new audiences here to the Göteborg Opera.

For companies

Passion for culture makes a difference. Thanks to your contributions, more people will have the opportunity to experience opera, dance, musicals and orchestral concerts at the Göteborg Opera. You can contribute as a private individual or as a corporate partner. Through your gift, you spread the joy of the arts – and become a hero for culture.

What is an “Arts Hero”?

An Arts Hero makes it possible for a new audience, who for various reasons do not come to us today, to experience a performance at the Gothenburg Opera. To reach this new audience, we collaborate with organizations such as Göteborgs Stadsmission, Save the Children, Individual Human Help, Kompis Sverige, Västra Götaland’s schools and many more. Thanks to your gift, we can also continue to lend tickets through the Opera Card (Operankortet), which can be borrowed from city libraries. Read more

For companies

Arts Hero tickets make it possible for curious people to take part in Gothenburg Opera performances free of charge. Thanks to your company's contribution, new visitors will experience performing arts from the best seats in the hall. Contribute by becoming a corporate partner

For private individuals

When you buy your ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to donate. Your contribution will be used to make it possible for more people to discover performing arts. Thanks to your generosity, we can invite new audiences who would not normally come to us. In connection with your ticket purchase, you can donate 100, 150 or 300 kronor.
