Ryan Williams is a member of The Göteborg Opera Choir since 2022. As a soloist, Ryan Williams has performed Oratorio works such as George Frideric Handel's Messiah, Dvorak's Stabat Mater, W.A. Mozart's Requiem, J.S. Bach's B minor Mass (BWV 232), Haydn's Nelson Mass, Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle, and he performed regularly with the Royal Academy of Music/Kohn Music Foundation's Bach Cantata Series during his studies. In 2019, he performed the role of Evangelist for J.S. Bach's St. Matthew Passion (BWV 244) conducted by Trevor Pinnock, and also toured South Korea with the Dudok Ensemble.
In 2015 Ryan Williams was a member Glyndebourne Opera Academy under Mary King, which inspired his passion for opera. Ryan’s operatic roles include Le Ducb in Chérubin, La théière, Le petit vieillard, La rainette in L’enfant et les sortilege, Jupiter in Semele, Basilio/Curzio in W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Acis in Acis & Galatea, Monostatos W.A. Mozart's Die Zauberflöte and Tamino in W.A. Mozart's The Magic Flute. His chorus roles include Venus & Adonis, Dido & Aeneas, The Gondoliers, Orphée aux Enfers (RAO), Tristan und Isolde covering Sailor, L.v. Beethoven's Fidelio and Der Fliegende Holländer (Longborough Festival Opera).
