Vincenzo Milletarì, born in Italy 1990, has established himself among the most interesting Italian conductors of his generation. He studied conducting at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan and at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen. His mentors Riccardo Muti and Pier Giorgio Morandi have both played a very important role in the development of his conducting career.

Since 2017, he has been re-invited to major opera houses and orchestras including Norwegian Opera, Royal Swedish Opera, Prague State Opera, Royal Danish Theatre, Bergen Opera, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Macerata Opera Festival, “La Verdi” Symphony Orchestra, Filarmonica Toscanini in Parma, Aalborg Symphony Orchestra, Odense Symphony Orchestra, Bergen Philharmonic, and the Copenhagen Philharmonic, with whom he has recorded. his first CD, released by Brilliant label.

Upcoming guest engagements include the Gävle Symphony Orchestra, the Zealand Symphony Orchestra and the Wiener Tonkunstler Orchestra. Milletarì was the top prize-winner and HeraComm Audience Prize at the 10th Arturo Toscanini International Conducting Competition in Parma, and also second prize-winner at the Sir Georg Solti conducting competition in Chicago.
