Relaxed Performances have an informal atmosphere where everyone is welcome to move around, dance, sing or just listen.

At a Relaxed Performance, you’re free to take part in your own way. The doors remain open during the performance, so audience members can easily come and go as they please. Everyone is welcome, regardless of disability and age.

Relaxed Performances are for everyone.

There will be two Relaxed Performances during the 2024/2025 season. Please note that all performances are in Swedish.

 

Ska vi läka lite? (Let’s heal together)

1 December, 12.00 and 14.00

A newly written, funny, lively and educational production about Mio, who’s having a birthday party with her friend Kim. They play, talk and sing about the body and what people need to feel good.

Created and performed by: David Oest (music and lyrics) and Hanna Brehmer (lyrics).

Small Stage
You access the Small Stage by our main entrance and foyer, just as for Main Stage performances. The Small Stage is to the left of the Opera Shop. Ask one of our staff and they will be happy to guide you.

Accessibility
A relaxed performance has adaptations for those of you with disabilities:

  • You can prepare your visit with the accessibility information on this website
  • Doors out to the foyer are left open
  • The sound and lighting is adjusted
  • We provide a spoken description of the performance to help audience members with visual impairment to understand what is happening on stage
  • Adapted public areas
  • Parts of the performance are interactive for audience members who wish to take part
